“great location and extraordinary staff. I met with the owner Hesham, a gentelman who made sure that I get well accommodated. The breakfast was good and the ladies were wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The AC should be a little colder but that's ok. it wasn't that hot anyway.”

“飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。 飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。 房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。 最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。”

“Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie.”

“From the start of the break we were made most welcome by all the staff. We were greeted by everyone each day from breakfast to evening, Breakfast on the morning was excellent with a varied choice, especially in relation to cereals, cold meats, fruit and cakes etc. The bar area was mainly outside with table service and again varied number of drinks including the local cocktail Hugo. We would definitely return to the hotel in relation to the above and also for the ease of transport.”
